Delivery times will depend on where you live. Most Australian orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days.
If you would like to exchange/return an item you can do within 14 days or receiving your order. All goods returned must be unused and in perfect condition. If there are signs of play, we won't accept the goods due to hygiene reasons.

My Aussie shepherds love this toy. 5 minutes is all it takes to tire them out. I love how tough it is.

I’ve spent lots of money on different herding balls that pop immediately or the cover is way too big - I finally took the leap and purchased the outback herder, and I’m amazed at the quality. We’ll definitely purchase another, should that day come.

Hugo the saint Bernard is a very happy customer. He loves the herding ball, and gets to use his physical energy and mental energy at the same time and gets exhausted quickly. I have a Kelpie who has space but needed stimulation. I am recovering from a serious car accident for the past 2 years. This is a God send! I can't take him on long walks atm so this is a great compensation. He will play with it continuously but needs to be supervised. He does get it stuck in places. It gives me exercise but more importantly it stimulates him. He sleeps so peaceful. One note of caution though I had to blow it up with the zip just over half way closed otherwise its impossible to zip up and if not pumped up tightly He managed to puncture the inner ball. We had a spare that was perfect to replace with! 5 stars from us! Jet loves it!

We were debating a lot about whether this herding ball would be worth the money, after a couple runs in the back yard and at the park it has to be our collies favourite game, not to mention it wears him out in a way fetch never could. We got the extra tough one as you can see he loves to try and give it a chew, it has held up against many of his attempts to pop it. We are so impressed and would recommend it to any of our friends with very active dogs who need lots of mental stimulation.

Best dog toy purchase I have ever made! Nahla is an American Staffy X Rottweiler and every toy we get her never lasts any longer than 5 mins before she has destroyed them and lost intrest. The Outback Herder is absolutely the exception. It has taken pure punishment and is still cracking on. Even when it's not fully pumped up and she can grab it, thrashing it like she is on a murder rampage, it survives. Nahla absolutely loves her Outback Herder. Thank you for making a toy that can take a beating from a strong dog. Worth every cent!

Poppy took to the herding Ball like a champion, she was excited from the moment she clapped eyes on it, couldn't be happier. It seems to be made very well and is cattle dog proof!

Titan absolutely loved it! I think maybe there was not quite enough air in it as he managed to grab hold of a seam.. so i will try again tomorrow with more air!

Our 9 year old Cattle dog who would play fetch for hours if you let her then still want more, is loving her herding ball. We give it to her for about 20 minutes a day and every morning she looks for it. The exhaustion after playing with it is nothing like we have experienced before. Highly recommend this product.

Joey is obsessed with his herding ball! He goes crazy and is surprisingly exhausted after only about 20 mins (which is rare for him). Definitely recommend if you have a herding bread.

Best dog toy I have ever bought. My GSD loves it (both herding it and body slamming it out of the air). He gets increasingly skilled every day - considering signing him up for FIFA 2027.

This is my second herding ball, first one lasted 12 months, my German Shepherd loves it
This is our second ball. I swear, this ball brings my dogs so much joy. As soon as they see it, they go crazy 🤪. I spend my time laughing at the antics. Highly recommend this product 👌

Our dog loves his herding ball. We play for 10 minutes twice a day and he's buggered. We have to hide the ball or he'd play all day.

This is hands down the BEST toy/ball that we have ever gotten. Rufus LOVES it and the quality is outstanding! He normally destroys the toughest of balls, but not this one! We have even taken it down to the dog park so all his friends can join in and play. I recommend this product wholeheartedly! Your dog will thank you!

I’ve purchased cheaper versions of a heading ball and it never latest more than 2 days. This ball is elite 👌🏻 cannot recommend a herding ball, and this brand is top tier.

We have hunting dogs and was after something than can keep their minds active and fitness up on the weeks we don’t go. Although this is not exactly how the ball is supposed to be used it works well for us and the dogs love it. The ball is very durable, handling the rough play, teeth, sticks and prickles. Highly recommended

Buddy loved the herding ball from the first moment he interacted with it. He now loves making it roll down the length of his back. I had to apologise to the neighbours- he gets so excited, he barks the whole time he uses it 🤣

Oh my! How my extremely energetic 2 year old Kelpie boy loves this ball! Honestly in less than 5 minutes he is huffing and puffing and starts to give up. This video is after about 2 minutes and he is already starting to slow down. I was a bit worried about getting this as I know my boy can play a little rough with toys, but I am so glad that I bit the bullet and got one. He is only ever allowed to use it supervised, but this is the best ‘toy’ he has ever been given. I even use this before we go on walks around the property which assist him with being less reactive, which has been great for his training. So thankful for this herding ball.

A great concept, but my 11 month old Doberman destroyed it in less than 10 mins.
Our 1yr old Aussie Shepherd absolutely loves the Outback Herder and once we start playing, he won't stop until we put it away. 20 mins of play is all he needs to let us rest peacefully for a few hours, so it is great for running off his excess energy. We are on acreage with lots of gravel and large sticks and so far, no issues with the Outback Herder being damaged which is great. I have now recommended the product to a few friends.

Sturdy and durable , my border collie can’t bite it . She has been hesitate to play with it , she will have a bit of a go but then doesn’t want to play with it . It does tire her out though

What an absolute ball! *pun intended* Baz loves his herding ball so much that he forgets to stop to take a breath. I was sitting on the fence for a couple of weeks about purchasing one, I should’ve done it sooner. Do your furry friend a favour and get them the gift of non-stop fun!
