Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you and your pup can start the countdown to playtime.

Delivery times will depend on where you live. Most Australian orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days. 

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide for $9.99. For our friends in New Zealand, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For our friends a little further afield, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

If you made the excellent choice to join the Hound & Co pack, your welcome code should be waiting in your inbox. If not, don’t forget to check your Promotions or Spam folder.

Pop your code into the discount box at checkout before you pay, and your total will update automatically.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and welcome codes can’t be used with other offers.

Please contact us as soon as you spot the issue. Include your order number and clear photos of the fault so we can take a look. If the item is faulty, we’ll organise a replacement, refund or store credit in line with our returns policy.

If your parcel has had a rough ride and items arrive damaged, let us know straight away. Hold onto the packaging and product, take photos of everything, and email them through with your order details. We’ll investigate with the courier and work with you on a solution.

Changed your mind before the toys have even seen a slobber? As long as the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, you can return it within 14 days. Return postage is covered by the customer, and original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

To get the best and safest play out of your toy, please choose a product that suits your dog’s size, play style and chewing habits, and read through the recommendations before playtime begins.

Some toys need to be set up correctly to perform properly, so we highly recommend watching any instructional videos before handing them over to your pup.

Our toys are designed for durability, quality and satisfying play, but no dog toy is 100% indestructible, especially if it is used incorrectly or outside the recommendations.

For this reason, damage caused by normal play, chewing or general pup enthusiasm is not considered a product fault and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, send us a message with your order number, the item you’d like to return and the reason for your return.

We’ll check whether your return is eligible, send you the return address and instructions, then process your refund or store credit once the product has made its way back to us and been inspected.

A quick clean keeps playtime fresh and your pup safe. Care instructions vary by product, but as a general guide: soft toys and snuffle mats usually prefer a gentle hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, then air dry completely before use. 

Hard toys can be rinsed under warm water and wiped clean. Always check the care notes on each product page.
