If you believe your item is faulty please email a photo and a description of the product to hello@houndandco.com.au - We will access the fault and get back to you with a resolution.

If you would like to exchange/return an item you can do within 14 days or receiving your order. All goods returned must be unused and in perfect condition. If there are signs of play, we won't accept the good due to hygiene reasons.

• We have done our best to select durable, long lasting top quality products, that does not mean they are indestructible. Please choose products suitable for your dogs playing style, and take note of the recommendations under each toy.
• Dogs will naturally tug and chew on toys so inspect toys regularly and supervise your dog whilst playing.
• They are also designed for dental safety, meaning the toy would break before your pups teeth break!

For safety and hygiene reason we do not allow returns on broken items.
