Materials & size
  • Anti‑burst PVC inner ball
  • Tough PVC rubber designed for repeated use
  • Quick and easy to inflate or deflate
  • Small – fits our Small cover (45 cm)
  • Large – fits our Large cover (55 cm)
Care Tips from Roger

Make sure the cover is fitted tight with no loose fabric or grabby bits. After play, release a little air from the inner ball, especially on hot days, then store it somewhere cool and dry. Trudi makes the rules, but it’s so you get the best from your ball.

FROM THE HEAD OF TOY TESTING

See What Roger thinks of our Inner Ball

Who it's for: Pups who already have a Hound & Co Herding Ball cover and need a fresh inner ball for their favourite toy.
Chew rating: Not made for chewing
How to play: Place the Inner Ball inside the cover, inflate it until the fabric is tight and smooth with no folds, then zip it closed before play. Keep it for push‑and‑chase herding games, not chewing.
Best places to play: Any space you’d normally use your herding ball—backyards, ovals or paddocks – with enough room for your pup to move safely.

ABOUT US

I'm Roger, and this is my human, Trudi

This all started with my great idea. Actually, scratch that. It started with me destroying another toy, and Trudi deciding enough was enough.

Luckily, she knew exactly what an energetic pup like me needed: toys tough enough to survive playtime, and fun enough to let my natural instincts loose.

Together we built Hound & Co, where I personally test and approve every single toy. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.
