IMPORTANT - Due to the size of the ball it contains a large amount of air.  The ball will naturally deflate after a tough herding session.... It is advised to have the pump handy as your ball may need top up of air depending on the length of the session. This is not a fault of the ball.

The ball must be fully inflated to ensure there is no loose fabric for the dog to bite into. Dogs may naturally try to nip at the fabric if they can grip it.  Please supervise playtime, as this ball is made of durable fabric but is not indestructible.  This ball is designed for a dog that loves the chase and has a herding instinct.

“We recommend using the herding ball in an open space where your dog has plenty of room to move freely and engage with it. Avoid placing the ball near walls, fences, or corners where it could be pushed into tight spots. This could lead to your dog being able to get their teeth on it, potentially damaging the ball or creating safety risks. If this happens, it will not be considered a fault of the ball.”
